You can obtain a Lebara SIM for free. 

By law in KSA in order to obtain and activate a Lebara line you must first register, to do this you will need the Lebara packaging and a form of ID required. The process is quick and simple, all you need to do is find your nearest store, fill out the registration form with your details and the line will be yours. 

When visiting your local store to pick up the Lebara line you need to take one of the following Identity types: 

• Entry number (found in passport visa)
• IQAMA
• GCC ID
• SAUDI ID
